Answer:

The National Consumer Promotion is only available in the United States at this time.

Use the online NCP Redemptions Website to redeem promotion points, or mail in the NCP Mail-In Redemption Form.

  1. Once the purchased Sub-Zero and Wolf products are installed, open the website above.
    • The serial numbers and the invoice are required.
  2. Register the products.
  3. Click "Begin your Redemption."
    • Redemption orders ship within 8-12 weeks of placing the order.
    • All approval and update emails will be sent from the Sub-Zero and Wolf Customer Service address no-reply@subzero.com.
    • Redemptions can only ship to a single shipping address.
    • Points cannot be saved, and must be redeemed all at the same time.
    • A confirmation email will be sent in 24 hours.

Any qualifying package purchased and installed by 12/31/2019 will have until 9/30/2020 to submit a claim.
