L'idée de cette galerie était de créer un nouvel espace frais dans la maison susceptible de servir à de multiples usages tout au long de la journée, de la saison et pour les années à venir. Le plus grand défi consistait à intégrer le fonctionnement de la baie vitrée à galandage. Lorsqu'elle est ouverte, elle permet l'intégration de l'espace barbecue et la jonction jusqu'au bar à jus de fruits.
The juice bar was designed around the style and function of the Sub-Zero refrigerator with glass door. Frozen items were close at hand for a smoothie or cocktail, while the glowing glass door showcased fresh fruits and veggies grown in the garden. Outside the pop-up window sits the Wolf outdoor gas grill, surrounded by black brick. The resulting design allows the homeowner the ultimate luxury of a proper layout and ease of function, whether juicing or entertaining.
