We proudly design and engineer everything in the USA, with manufacturing facilities located in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Iowa. More than 75 percent of our materials are sourced domestically, and our facilities are committed to zero-waste-to-landfill goals.

EFFICIENT SUPPLY CHAINS

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove use transportation, smart technologies to optimize shipping while cutting emissions.
We use advanced transportation lifecycle management and GPS-integrated smart technologies to optimize shipping across all levels. A key strategy is using intermodal rail for most product transport, significantly cutting emissions compared to traditional trucking.

We take pride in creating sustainable buildings and spaces. Across our facilities, we conduct annual energy reviews to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Also, we currently operate three facilities equipped with solar photovoltaic systems, reflecting our dedication to responsible energy solutions.

CULTIVATING FRESHNESS

In our Hydroponics Lab, the team takes lettuce from seedlings to harvest-ready heads in just seven weeks, controlling light, air temperature, and nutrient balance. By using this carefully cultivated lettuce in our product development, we ensure that your produce will maintain its freshness longer.

The Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Harvest Haven Barn hosts chef-led cooking demonstrations with fresh, locally-grown produce.

HOLISTIC HEALTH

The two-acre organic garden on our Wisconsin campus supplies bountiful fresh produce and honey for training events and showcases the company’s dedication to healthy living and sustainable sourcing. It also provides ample inspiration for our chefs as they develop fresh, healthy recipes for our owners.
