Using steam, convection, or a combination of the two, the chef-tested modes create custom cooking environments for specific foods by monitoring, controlling, and adjusting the temperature, airflow, steam, and humidity in the oven cavity.

The oven's 17 specialized modes include Steam, Convection Steam, Convection, Convection Humid, Broil, Sous Vide, Bread & Pastry, Reheat, Slow Roast, Gourmet, Gourmet+, and more. Both oven sizes feature a 1750-watt recessed broil element with four settings (low, medium, high, and convection).
GENEROUS CAPACITY
The 30" models offer a generous 2.4 cubic-foot overall oven capacity and feature a dual convection system; 24" models offer 1.7 cubic-foot overall oven capacity and feature a single convection system.

A sleek 8" full-colour touchscreen adds refinement to the oven's style, while updated and intuitive controls guide the user through various modes and features.
FULL-EXTENSION RACKS
