Preparation Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container or food processor bowl with cutting blade.
  2. Process on high about 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat 6-inch skillet on Wolf cooktop over medium-high heat for 2 minutes or until drops of water dropped into skillet pop.
  5. Using 1/4 cup measure, pour batter into hot skillet.
  6. Cook crepes for about 2 minutes on first side or until edges brown.
  7. Then carefully turn over and cook for one minute.
  8. Fill with desired ingredients.
