1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Nonstick spray

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf oven in BAKE at 325°F.
  2. In mixer bowl of stand mixer, beat together butters and sugars.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined.
  4. Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Alternately beat 1/3 of flour mixture and 1/3 of milk into creamed butter mixture until all is used and ingredients are well combined.
  5. Spray 9x5-inch or 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  6. Spread batter into pan, Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
