6 sprigs fresh thyme

5 peppercorns

1 cup (240 ml) white wine

Preparation Method

  1. Place 15 cups (3.5 L) water into the steamer basin.
  2. Heat the Wolf steamer module at 200°F (95°C), covered with the glass lid.
  3. Place perforated insert pan in steamer. Add all ingredients. Cover with the glass lid.
  4. Cook until the fish is tender, 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
  5. Remove the insert pan and carefully remove the fish.
