[Music] I enjoy creating things for our Sales force, giving them ammunition to help sell our products. I usually work in the product marketing side of things, seeing where we have opportunities to excel and making recommendations. I've been able to make real-world decisions. My supervisor, he's always there to, you know, answer any questions that I have and offer any advice to help make my co-op experience better. The most valuable skill that I've learned is time management and prioritizing projects. They also have awesome competitive wages. One of the things that I learned during this co-op is how to work with so many people and so many different types of people. Being on the production floor out there is a very wide range of people, so trying to work with them, get things across to them, even having a good time with them, is something I definitely learned. I'll be able to take that forever knowing that I can manage, and I can communicate effectively. They would basically take on the same duties as s I would. I would teach them all the steps and they'd interact in meetings with all different levels of management, different departments. The advantage it would give to a co-op would be real life experience that I don't think you get anywhere else coming right out of school because we put you right in there. You can learn how to interact with employees before you actually have employees. If you're working in supply chain this is the best place to be. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility close to the Madison area and a lot of mentoring available. The most valuable skill I've learned is just teamwork, working with a whole bunch of different kinds of personalities in a professional setting to achieve a goal. It's a lot different than school or sports. It's a different atmosphere. This co-op has helped me financially. It's helped me find my place in IT, getting to talk to people from every sub department in IT so I get a bigger broader picture of the whole department. Co-op is better than an internship because they put you on projects that run longer, and they trust you with bigger and better things. I took a course on you know managing procurements and vendors but have never really dealt with it firsthand until coming here. Learning how to how to manage vendors, how to keep them honest to the scope of work they promised to do for you, it's really fun to see the whole process from initiation into planning to execution. I would describe the co-op program at Sub Zero as effective, once in a lifetime, it's going to be a huge stepping-stone.
