About Joanne Hudson

Joanne Hudson graduated from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Architecture, with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. She began her design career in Montreal, Canada working for a commercial design firm.

A move to Toronto and a major renovation of her own home planted the idea for a shift to residential design and, in particular, kitchens. As a result, she ran a new Poggenpohl studio in Toronto before opening her own kitchen design business there. Another move, this time to Philadelphia, gave her the opportunity to continue with kitchens in the Marketplace Design Center. Over the past 30+ years, her business has grown to include tile and bath, closets and an online store.

In addition to her "back yard" of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Joanne Hudson kitchens can be found in the U.S. in New York, California, Colorado, Texas, Ohio, Massachusetts, the Virgin Islands, Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland, and internationally in Bermuda, the Bahamas, Canada and Nigeria.
