Ingredients

–3 cups all-purpose flour–1/4 cup sugar
–3 teaspoons baking powder
–1 teaspoon salt
–1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
–4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
–1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
–12 ounces of beer
–1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Preparation Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F Bake Mode with a rack set at position “3.”
- Spray a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add all the ingredients, except the beer and melted butter, into a medium-sized bowl.
- Whisk together to combine.
- Slowly pour the beer into the dry ingredients.
- Fold together with a spoon or rubber scraper until the mixture is thoroughly combined and all the beer has been absorbed.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Pour the melted butter over the top of the dough.
- Place the pan into the oven and bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
