Beef Tenderloin Sliders

Preparation Method
- Preheat Wolf Griddle to 400°F.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Using pastry brush, spread canola oil over the preheated griddle to coat the surface.
- Evenly space the tenderloin steaks onto the griddle, six at a time.
- Cook about 2-3 minutes a side to desired doneness. Place onto the buns and serve.
