1/2  bunch parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf Barbecue Grill on medium high for 10 minutes with hood closed.
  2. In a bowl combine the vinegar and oil.
  3. Add the shrimp to the vinaigrette. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
  4. Place the shrimp onto the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side. The shrimp's flesh will turn orange when done. It is very important not to overcook the shrimp.
