Grilled Balsamic Prawns and Asparagus

Preparation Method
- Preheat Wolf Barbecue Grill on medium high for 10 minutes with hood closed.
- In a bowl combine the vinegar and oil.
- Add the shrimp to the vinaigrette. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
- Place the shrimp onto the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side. The shrimp's flesh will turn orange when done. It is very important not to overcook the shrimp.
