1/2 stick of butter

1/4 cup of blue cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 bunch parsley, chopped

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat Wolf outdoor grill on Medium High heat. Place the warming rack in position #3, resting on the grill grates.
  2. Place the corn onto the warming rack and close the grill lid.
  3. Let the corn cook for 15 minutes, rotating the corn every five minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and peel back the husk on the corn and place onto a serving platter.
  5. Top with the butter and blue cheese. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the corn with the parsley.
