Roasted Corn with Blue Cheese Butter

Preparation Method
- Preheat Wolf outdoor grill on Medium High heat. Place the warming rack in position #3, resting on the grill grates.
- Place the corn onto the warming rack and close the grill lid.
- Let the corn cook for 15 minutes, rotating the corn every five minutes.
- Remove from heat and peel back the husk on the corn and place onto a serving platter.
- Top with the butter and blue cheese. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the corn with the parsley.
